Red for a Reason was dreamt up by Sydney makeup artist Danielle Butcher to bring those two worlds together. Creating a community of support, empowerment and impact. All through the power of an iconic red lip.

People want more than slick campaigns. They want to participate in something tangible that offers real connection. Red for a Reason offers a simple call to action. To wear a red lipstick in June, to become part of something much bigger.

Now more than ever the world needs a reason to connect, building a global community around a shared purpose.

Every dollar raised goes directly to WAGEC (the Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre) providing refuge, support and hope to women and children escaping domestic violence.
